Today will be a very typical Pacific Northwest summer day for us. We had an onshore push overnight, cooling us off and giving us overcast skies to begin our weekend. Under the high July sun, these clouds will gradually burn off as the day goes on, and we should have mostly sunny skies this afternoon with highs in the upper 60s on the coast to the mid 70s further inland.

High pressure builds over the area tonight, setting us up for a beautiful, bright-blue Sunday. Expect highs near 80 once again for many places in Western Washington.

Monday will be similar to Sunday, and although we cool down a few degrees on Tuesday as some clouds arrive, we warm up once again near the end of the week, with highs approaching 90 degrees in some places in Western Washington!

Have a great Saturday!
