Good afternoon everybody!
At 89 degrees, yesterday was our hottest day of the month at Sea-Tac. It sure felt hot! Still, it’s incredible to think that we had 10 90+ degree days in July 2015 and none in 2016. We only average two days per year of 90+ degree weather at Sea-Tac, so not reaching 90 in July is not abnormal.
We cooled back down into the mid 70s for the Puget Sound region and the mid 60s near the coast today, and tomorrow will be more of the same. Expect an isolated chance of some thunderstorms on Monday, especially over the mountains. I’ll have a blog on that later.
